Mission

To produce and supply top quality products at very competitive prices. As well as giving the best customer satisfaction possible with a very quick turnaround.

What we do?

At Print Wizards we produce customised clothing for any sized business or individual. Our clients range from Corporate Businesses to Social groups, Stag/Hen parties, Clubs/Bars, Schools/Universities and Football Clubs. We also produce one off pieces for occasions such as Birthdays, Weddings, Holidays, Nights out etc.

With the facilities we have we are able to print garments in small or large quantities at very competitive prices. We use two methods of printing to be able to cater for all types of orders:
1) Screen Printing 2) Vinyl Printing

The difference between Screen printing & Vinyl printing?

Screen Printing:
The process takes place when a screen is imprinted with your design, placed on the fabric, and then paint is forced through the screen onto the fabric and passed through a heater to dry. This method of print is mainly used for orders of 20 pieces or more.

Pros: great for large orders, cost effective, high quality, professional and durable

Cons: not feasible for small orders, each colour requires a separate screen, messy and a long process to set up.

Artwork Format: Required in EPS Vector Format (produced in Adobe Illus.. or Corel Draw)

Vinyl Printing:

Vinyl printing is when a sheet of vinyl is cut to produce a design which is then heat applied to the garments. Vinyl printing is a method of printing that is generally limited to a 1 colour print (i.e. names/numbers on football shirts etc).

Pros: Great for small orders, high quality, durable, quick and easy processed

Cons: Not feasible for large orders, have to separate and cut out each colour independently, doesn't work well for designs with complex patterns or designs

Artwork Format: Required in EPS Vector Format (produced in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw)
